Roadeo A 200
Finally we have got our cycles. The two cycles that we got are not identical. One of them is a road bike and the other a mountain bike. The cycles model are Hercules ACT 105 - around INR 8.5k and Hercules Roadeo A 200 around INR 10.5 k. We initially wanted Hercules ACT 110 , which TI cycles did agree to sponsor but since the dealers around here do not stock such kind of performance cycles we settled down for the above, that too both of them being different for the same reason. Since neeraj was having his lab exams , it was Hari and me who went to pick up the cycle. Having cycled all the way back from the shop, about 15 kms, we kind of realized that the presence of shock absorbers is a must, and that act 110 would have been a bad choice if we got it. The act 105 is perfect for the job.Almost weight less and very comfortable. Roadeo A 200 is heavy and has a hunk look. Very pseud brakes and wide tires, really wide tires :P. Can almost do a stoppie on this bike. Will try that out one of these days.

ACT 105
Today's trip had been logged on the GPS logger, but then again I am yet to get it working ..That is the next step. Another thing we need to do is attach a carrier to the cycle or we will die with the weight of the luggage on our shoulders.By the way , I have made major changes to the about us page.Check it out..
Seriously apologies for the bad qualities pictures. Our camera savior Sanjay is still yet to get to Cochin from Chennai. Thankfully he has obtained the camera. Better pics as soon as we get better cameras.
Another thing is that we seriously would like to thank TI cycles for sponsoring the 2 cycles although both of them are not identical. Guess we will have to alternatively take turns cycling the heavier cycle. We are surprised to know that dealers don't stock these good cycles . Hope our website can generate significant interest in these pseud cycles.
